When I say "Journey to the Spirit of Healing," many people wonder who or what this "Spirit of Healing" is. The best answer I can give you is:

This is a personal experience, one that is different for every person, and every journey. The magic of this process is that you are guided easily into a deep trance, but also into your own heart, deep in your being, where your personal truth lives. This is the part of you that knows Who You Really Are and exactly what you need in every moment. The Journey is a way to go deep into that place and receive exactly what you need in the moment to heal, and live forward into Who You Really Are.

So How Does It Work?

Easy. You listen with headphones and the combination of the binaural beats, binaural drumming and guided meditation take you on the journey. All you have to do is listen, and allow yourself to be guided.
